I did my first Author Interview today. It was just a ten-minute chat on a local public radio station, pre-recorded, but all the same…the interviewer was extremely enthusiastic about my story, and as I’d done some preparation for the more predictable questions (where did you get the idea?, the more notable of the other stories, how my story got into the collection), I felt OK with it. I don’t think I’m a natural electronic media performer, though. I like to have a script to rely on, and a well-edited one at that.
