the ironically named land-grant college review has a funky online submission system that lets you log in and see if they've looked at your work yet. it's a bit of a worry that they say they'll say they'll send a rejection letter when a story's status has changed - do they ever send acceptances? - but I like the pieces they have up on the site and frankly, I've nearly run out of Australian magazines to annoy. I don't like having stories sitting unused; it's bad for my motivation. why should my unconscious come up with new stuff if the old stuff's not being used?
